At Signature Pointe our interdisciplinary approach is managed by a cardiology team, social worker, on-site psychology, cardiac-trained rehab professionals, a respiratory therapist and comprehensive skilled nursing team who all work together in partnership to follow specific hospital-based cardiac protocols designed to provide care, education and support.
